Dr. Carla Skytta is a board-certified general, plastic, and reconstructive surgeon* with over 15 years of elite training and experience in the plastic surgery field. She is a graduate of the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed her general surgery residency at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, and specialized in plastic and reconstructive surgery and hand surgery in fellowships at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Grandview Hospital.
As an osteopathic physician, Dr. Skytta views cosmetic surgery through a holistic lens, understanding that a physical transformation is deeply tied to a patient’s overall self-confidence and quality of life. Driven by a desire to use her surgical skills for good, Dr. Skytta also routinely volunteers her time on humanitarian medical mission trips performing reconstructive surgeries for underserved communities.
Dr. Skytta is the supervising physician at our Memphis practice.
